Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, tap Add to Cart, then go to checkout and enter your delivery details. You will receive an order confirmation by email once it goes through.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at sultanavenuesupport@gmail.com. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is hosted and secured by Shopify, and your payment details are never stored on our store.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan.
How long will my order take?
Delivery time depends on your city and the courier handling the parcel. As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you tracking details.
How much is delivery?
Any shipping charge that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking details in your dispatch email. If you can't find them, email us with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Unused and unworn, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Warranty cover varies by product. If a warranty applies, it is stated on that product's page. If it isn't stated, assume none applies beyond your return rights.
An item I want is unavailable — will it come back?
Email us and we will tell you if it is being restocked.
